So after the other nights "hate me" post, the evening improved with IM convos with both Lance and David (who I hadn't talked to in I don't know how long) and a phone call from Jacob. Yeah, I guess things aren't that bad, but maybe I need to hit that low point to motivate myself to get started again.

So yes, I did get the weekend off, so Jaxx, here I come! It'll be great to see some people again; me and Jacob are going to meet Corrie up there, and she's running merch with Sarah I do believe, so that'll be cool to meet her, too! A lot of people from TBM's board said they'll be there, so this should be loads of fun.

I had an idea on the way to work; well, basically regurgitated an idea that Claudia from Lunarclick* did a few weeks ago at the Orgy/Deadsy show. I'm in the process of contacting artist associated with RAM to see if they'll let me burn some songs to a small sampler CD to give out at the show Sunday. I'm going for about 5 - 7 tracks, and think using those small, floppy sized cds might be cool. I dunno. Still in progress...we'll see who bites on that one.

I woke up this morning with the beginnings of a sinus infection. I didn't really pay attention until I got downstair and my mom looked at me and saw how swollen my face was. Joy. Now it's starting to hurt. At least I'm only here for about 5 more hours.

Also, due to some booking errors, Tripleside is playing this Friday night at Attitudes now, along with Drew and Jeff. Should be very cool, but unfortunately I don't get off work until 10 so I doubt I'll be able to make much if any of it...but I'm gonna try!
