So taking a lunch break here before I have to go set my last rooms of the day. Yesterday was good; me and Jeremy got things rolling at the theatre around 8, and at 10 the show loaded-in. By 3 we were done. Very awesome. The show itself went really well - these guys were so good! The even gave me and Jeremy signed CD's thanking us. It was so nice being back in the theatre again. Even though I worked a full 16 hours, I felt like it really was my day off. What a great job.

Since I wasn't able to get down to Tech last night I attempted to hang out with John, but without luck. He keeps running into me at work saying we should hang out some more. I'm such a bad friend sometimes. Work gets so all-consuming that I inadvertantly just fade out of touch. *sigh*

I'm listening to Disown's new cd again. I'm falling in love with Jae through his voice, lol. I remember the first time I saw Dead Or Alive's music video for "You Spin Me Right Round" and being mesmerized by their vocals; it's the same thing with this album. Hauntingly sexy and captivatingly innocent. Yum.

I'm getting kind of frustrated with a reoccuring incident. I guess the bare insides is that someone I'm close to is shutting me out for fear of insulting someone they secretly don't like. All because he can be honest with me, but can't bring himself to show his dislike to someone else. It's like I'm being punished for being approachable (and the fact that I'd be willing to say what he's too afraid to). I have a lot of friends, all of whom I love, but only a few that I really respect. I can't stand to see people so weak and so willing to just let themselves be pushed around.

*sigh* Back to work I go...
