Interesting things need to not happen around April Fool's day.
In regards to my last post, indeed, the fan politics with the Anix was not a joke. I was pretty shocked by it. I have no idea what happened, but I never thought I'd see the former street team head turn on them. Crazy times indeed.
However, at least the pope had the good sense to die after the 1st, right? But seriously, I think for the most part that was handled really well. He said that he didn't want his death to be a sad time, and more power to him. He knew where he was going.
You know, I remember watching some documentary a few years ago, talking about non-biblical prophecies in relation to the Bible, and how quite a few had been interpreted to say that John Paul II was going to be the last pope before the end of time. You know, I don't worry about the Rapture too much...if it happens, it happens...I'm in a better place, and if you get left behind, well, now you know what happened.
But the thing that makes me actually wonder about the end times is Maynard James Keenan. Yeah, from Tool and APC. He's followed in Head's footsteps and found Jesus. Seriously. How is it that two major hard rock / industrial figures get saved within a few weeks of each other? Clicky clicky.

Yeah, I think it probably is. Apparently they do some disasterous joke every year? I guess we'll see.
