Well, let me put it this way (in regards to my show in Radford.): the TD left in the middle of load-in to see a movie.

WTF?!

So, wow. I mean, things went great, but I have never worked with such a flake! He had his "workers" in (which were really college students with NO training...he was doing a lighting 101 with them when I arrived...all VT grads should be thinking about UUSA right now.) So I basically spent 4 hours teaching the lighting section of technical theatre to several kids while left in an unfamiliar house by myself. I mean, wow. I can't get over how he left untrained students and outside vendors alone in the theatre. Wow...just, wow.

But things went well. I was able to talk them through everything and we got it done in 4 hours like planned. So, rock on.

And the concert is tomorrow night, so I'm getting ready to go out with a hot guy instead. ;-)

Work was ok. Had to rebuild a table about 3 times because apparently no one can communicate correct directions these days. *sigh* But hey, I get paid for it, whatever. DOM came down with lunch, so that was a cute break in my day. *snuggles*

Now is shower time before my date.
